What has happened to Starbucks? I use to spend $2500/yr on Starbucks coffee and was always looking forward to my next Starbucks experience. Now, not so much. For the past 6+ years, I've seen such a decline in the quality of service from years ago. Being in the customer service industry for over 35 years, it just tears me up to see such a disregard for the customer experience and a commitment to serving the customer.
Case in point, this Starbucks location is (what I would presume), not up to a standard. From the staff dressed in attire that presents a disheveled and non professional appearance, with a lack of providing the product the customer asks for (asked for a bold coffee and they said they were out but had medium or light brew available), to how the main public area isn't clean or maintained, and the restrooms being unkept, etc. The Starbucks experience is a true disappointment all around (not only this store but i see this throughout the chain). I suppose this is the result of accepting mediocrity.
Mobile order, 2 Venti ice coffee, and cake pop, Both drinks where made just right and you can’t get cake pops wrong. It’s annoying you spend 3.24$ on one and they put 2 in one bag, the entrance is in the back, facing the road . You have inside and outside seating. The outside seating is right by the drive thru, so you constantly have cars passing while you are trying to enjoy your coffee . Clean bathrooms , good spot for take out .
I always order pick up and it's always ready when I get there! No waiting around like some places. Nice staff!

She went ABOVE ⭐️ and BEYOND 💫 to make my order! She went out of her way to ensure the order was spot on! STARBUCKS has a MANAGER in the making under their belt…THEY BETTER RECOGNIZE HER POTENTIAL OR SOMEONE ELSE WILL!

These Starbucks folks are tops and every time we stop by here. They're friendly, accurate with orders, and good timing. So glad to go a bit out of our way when we're in Roanoke to come by this Starbucks!
